At GVGS, we are committed to providing quality education with a transparent fee structure. Our fees cover academic resources, facilities, and co-curricular activities to enhance student learning. Additional charges may apply for specialized programs, labs, and extracurricular activities. We offer flexible payment options and multiple payment methods for convenience. Terms and Conditions
- School Fees include Uniforms, Stationery, School Bag Lunch Bag & Other items.
- School Fee should be paid in Instalments - Fees can be paid through School App / Cheque / Demand Draft in favour of Kamadhenu Education Society Payable at the School Accounts (office).
- Late deposition of fees will invite penalty of Rs. 10/- per day.
- Last date for payment of all instalments is last date of corresponding month.
- No separate reminder will be given regarding Fee dues as it distracts everyone.
- Fees once paid, will not be refunded.
- Parents are requested to preserve the receipts for future clarification in respect of fee paid by you.
- Fees once paid will not be refunded or transferred.
- Cheques subject to realization.
- Transport Facilities & Boarding Facilities. (Optional)
Admission Process
- Parents must begin the admission process by gathering all necessary information about the school.
- The first step is the submission of an enquiry form to express interest in admission.
- Students are required to appear for an entrance exam to assess their academic skills.
- After the entrance exam, an interview of the child is conducted to evaluate their readiness and personality.
- Once selected, parents must fill out the application form with accurate details.
- To confirm admission, the required fee must be paid within the given timeframe.
